The Neighborhood Partner Membership includes:

• 4x ⅛-page print ads (one per quarterly issue, full year)
• Featured placement in the Neighborhood Partner section of the neighborhood page of your choice
• A dedicated 500-word sponsored digital story about your business, linked from that placement
• 12-month term: $150/month (auto-billed) or $1,500 annually

The Neighborhood Partner Membership is offered as a recurring monthly subscription with a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months.

Term

• Partnership begins on the date of enrollment.
• Initial term is 12 months.
• After the initial term, the agreement automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

Billing

• Community Partner fees are billed automatically each month using the payment method provided.
• Payments are processed on the same calendar day each month corresponding to the original enrollment date.
• Invoices are available upon request.

Creative Materials

• Partners are responsible for providing artwork and marketing assets by published production deadlines.
• Failure to submit materials by deadline may result in the use of previous creative assets or forfeiture of that placement without refund.

Editorial Independence

• Community Partner status does not guarantee editorial coverage or influence editorial decision-making.
• All editorial content remains solely at the discretion of Edible Chicago.

Cancellation

• The Community Partner Package may not be canceled during the initial 12-month commitment except by mutual written agreement.
• Following the initial term, either party may cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.

Payment Failures

• If a payment cannot be processed, Edible Chicago will notify the Partner and attempt to process payment again.
• Partnership benefits may be paused until the account is brought current.

Transferability

• Partnership benefits are non-transferable without written approval from Edible Chicago.

Right to Refuse or Terminate

• Edible Chicago reserves the right to decline or terminate a partnership whose products, services, or conduct conflict with the publication’s mission, values, or community standards. Any prepaid fees for future services not yet delivered will be refunded on a prorated basis.

Changes to Benefits

• Edible Chicago may periodically update partnership benefits to improve the program while maintaining substantially equivalent value over the course of the agreement.
• Benefit availability may vary based on publication schedules, seasonal programming, or event timing.
