Wine lovers take special note! Come meet the proprietors of thirteen exceptional Michigan wineries and taste a variety of 65 fine wines and ciders all under one roof! The Gage restaurant at 24 S. Michigan Ave., is hosting this special Michigan Wines one-night only event on Monday evening, August 29 from 5PM-9PM. Wine tasting will be accompanied by a Michigan inspired, locally sourced menu created by the Gage.

The Michigan Grape and Wine Industry Council is a 12-member panel that supports the growth of the grape and wine industry in Michigan. It is housed in the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development, which is the official state agency charged with serving, promoting and protecting the food, agriculture and agricultural economic interests of the people of the state of Michigan.
